Revealed during the Once Upon a Time in Wonderland panel at Comic-Con 2013, Lost star Naveen Andrews joins the cast as the villainous Jafar!
Just how does Jafar fit into Wonderland? Remember that Alice finds love with a genie named Cyrus, so we may be looking at a Once Upon a Time-style twist on some of the characters from the story of Aladdin as well as those from Wonderland. The series creators aren't seeing the show as a stereotypical spin-off from ONCE, with Edward Kitsis saying "this is its own adventure." They also confirmed that season 1 will tell a complete story, but I'm sure there's more than one story to be told in Wonderland.
