DarkUFO - Lost

Update: 9th Jan 09:15 Below are the 10 lucky random winners. We had over 500 people take part in the competition and on behalf of Erika and Myself, thanks to everyone who entered. We'll be running more Twitter based competitions during the year, so stay tuned.

If you are one of the lucky winners below, please email me here with your full postal address (including country) along with the CODE that I will direct message you with so that we can arrange delivery of your nice Dharma Beer Koozie.

Update: 9th Jan Competition is now closed. We'll collate and post the winners later this morning.

Want to be the envy of all of your LOST-loving friends? Erika (aka "e") from LongLiveLocke.com, who is one of our featured episode recappers here on DarkUFO, wants to help get everyone even more excited about the so-close-we-can-almost-taste-the-imaginary-peanut-butter Season Six premiere, so she and I are joining forces to host a Twitter-based contest.

Here's what you have to do:

1) Follow both @erikaolson and @DarkUFO on Twitter. (You must have a Twitter account in order to follow someone.) You must be following both of us in order to be eligible to win.

2) At some point before 10PM EST on Friday 1/8/10, tweet:

I'm following @erikaolson & @DarkUFO in order to win a #DharmaBeer can koozie to help ring in the final season of LOST http://bit.ly/5gqWry

3) Um, that's it. Anyone can enter from any country (as long as we're allowed to mail to you from the U.S.), but we will only count one entry per Twitter ID. We will randomly select TEN winners on 1/9/10 and announce them shortly thereafter.

The Dharma Beer can koozies were created by e's husband as little party favors for the LOST shindigs they plan to host in the coming season (meaning, they're not available for purchase anywhere). They are collapsible white foam can holders that make any canned or bottled drink look like a Dharma Beer (they even fit around some plastic/glass cups). You will definitely be the envy of all your other Lostie friends (and Sawyer) if you have one.

At some point after we close this Twitter contest, e and I will be running another Twitter-based contest with different prizes, so stay tuned for details on that in the near future.

And good luck!

We welcome relevant, respectful comments.
