Congratulations to Claire Littleton and Anthony Cooper. They'll be joining the rest of our winners in Round 2. The margin of victory wasn't pathetically huge for either, but there was little challenge from Goodwin and Roger.
Today we are treated to a showdown between a likable flashback brother and the first Other to ever have a flashback. The other matchup pits two VERY popular minor characters against each other, one of which is another one of our Prelim winners. This matchup may be another close call.

Yemi Tunde Status: Flashback Character (Deceased) Yemi was the younger brother of Mr. Eko. Eko did what he could to ensure Yemi's survival in their struggling Nigerian village. Yemi was called to ministry and eventually became the priest in his village's church. Yemi was killed by the Nigerian Army when they stormed the airport Yemi was helping his brother export a shipment of heroin from, disguised as a fellow priest. Full Profile
Juliet Burke Status: Other (Alive) Juliet was recruited by the Others for her promising work with fertility treatments. She signed on for six months of work with the Others, but Ben refused to let her leave until she made it safe for the Others to have children on the Island. She oversaw Jack's time on Hydra Island and killed Pickett so Sawyer and Kate could escape. She has since defected from the Others and lives with the Losties. Full Profile
Ms. Hawking Status: Flashback Character (Alive) Ms. Hawking is the mysterious owner of the jewelry shop where Desmond attempted to purchase an engagement ring for Penelope. When Desmond offered to purchase the ring, Ms. Hawking told him that he was not supposed to purchase the ring, but that his destiny was instead to go to the Island, push the button and turn the key. Dr. Leslie Arzt Status: Lostie (Deceased) Dr. Arzt was a ninth-grade science teacher who crashed with Oceanic Flight 815. While on the Island, he discovered several new species of insects and spiders. His warnings on wind currents hastened the launch of the raft party. Dr. Arzt went with Jack's team to retrieve dynamite from the Black Rock. While lecturing the group on safe handling of dynamite, the stick he was holding exploded, blowing him to bits. Full Profile
