DarkUFO Character Cup- Round 1, Matchups 21 & 22 (**Closed**)

Congratulations to Sun and Penny. Both won with solid margins and move on to Round 2. This round saw the elimination of two main characters, one of which was a season regular (the first such elimination thus far).

Tonight's matchups a variety of characters- we've got a flashback character, a pair of Others and crash survivor. Will Sawyer's ex-girlfriend defeat the first Other we saw on the show? And which character is more intriguing- the death-demanding Other, or the former flight attendant?

Cassidy Phillips
Status: Flashback Character (Alive)
Cassidy was one of Sawyer’s con victims. Having recently divorced from her husband, she had a large sum of money in the bank. Sawyer pulled a ‘long con’ in order to get her money. During their relationship, they conceived a child. Cassidy later crossed paths with Kate, who she helped to see her estranged mother.

Ethan Rom
Status: Other (Deceased)
Ethan was one of the Others' doctors and was used to recruit Juliet. When Flight 815 crashed, Ethan was sent by Ben to infiltrate the middle section survivors. He made up a cover story but was found out as an imposter. He abducted Claire and hung Charlie from a tree, leaving him to die. When Claire escaped, Ethan was sent to recover her. He was shot and killed by Charlie during an ambush.

Bea Klugh
Status: Other (Deceased)
Bea is the Other who gave Michael his instructions on which Losties the Others wanted. She supervised Michael’s brief visit with his son, Walt, and seemed to be an authority figure in Walt’s captivity. Bea turned up again in the Flame station and was captured by Sayid and Kate. She ordered Mikhail to kill her, which he did.

Cindy Chandler
Status: Tailie/Other (Alive)
Cindy was a stewardess on Oceanic Flight 815. During the flight she gave Jack a bottle of liquor. After the crash, she survived with Ana and the Tailies. She made the journey across the Island with them but was abducted by the Others before they reached the Lostie camp. She has been integrated into the Others' community and has been seen taking care of two children from the crash.
