Congratulations to Dr. Brooks and Dave. They both convincingly defeated their opponents and will move on to the second round of the preliminary tournament. Perhaps my non-virtual hat will pair these two nemeses together before all is said and done?
Today's matchups are both Season 1 vs. Season 2 character affairs. Not that it matters which season they are from, but it makes it sound more dramatic, right?

Isaac of Uluru Status: Flashback Character (Alive) Isaac is a faith healer situated near Ayer’s Rock in Australia. Here he has miraculously healed many people suffering physical ailments and handicaps. Bernard brought Rose to Australia to be healed by Isaac, but Isaac told her he could not harness the right healing energy from that place. Full Profile
Mr. Kwon Status: Flashback Character (Alive) Mr. Kwon is a poor fisherman living in Korea and Jin’s father. Jin’s prostitute mother would abandoned them, leaving Mr. Kwon to raise Jin alone. Jin claimed his father was dead when he married Sun, though Sun met him secretly. Mr. Kwon told Jin run away to America with his wife, where they could be free and happy. Full Profile
The Pilot Status: Front Section Survivor (Deceased) The Pilot was responsible for flying Oceanic Flight 815 from Sidney to Los Angeles. He survived the crash and told Jack and Kate about crashing 1000 miles off course. He gave them the plane’s transceiver but was pulled from the cockpit by the smoke monster and killed. Full Profile
Teresa Cortez Status: Flashback Character (Alive) Teresa Cortez is a captain of the LAPD and Ana-Lucia’s mother. She reluctantly put Ana back on patrol after four months of therapy after getting shot responding to a call. Tensions mounted and Ana quit the force. Teresa last talked to her daughter over the phone, as Ana waited to board Flight 815. Full Profile
