Two actors who had recurring roles on Lost are set to appear in the same episode of USA’s new drama series Common Law.

Jeff Fahey (who played Captain Frank Lapidus on the ABC hit) will appear on the show as a hard-drinking narcotics detective with a cowboy swagger who Travis (Michael Ealy) credits for making him the detective he is. Kevin Tighe (Locke’s evil dad) stars a reasoned and methodical missing persons detective who brought Wes (Warren Kole) up through the police ranks. Tighe’s character’s quirks are mirrored in Wes and manage to irritate Travis every bit as much as they do coming from his partner.
Common Law is about two mismatched detectives and is coming to USA this summer.
