Wonder where the 1 million viewers from last week went...?
That's what I was thinking, loststo.
Does this include the people who tivo the shows? Perhaps that's where a lot of them went?
This doesn't account for tivo, downloads, streaming, etc. However, 94% retention rate is still not bad.
This is great news! I think Lost has a good shot of retaining this week's audience due to the strength of "Confirmed Dead."
Yeah, let's look at the positive side here, people. LOST is way up from its low points in season 3 and is retaining its audience well. It should, being the best show on TV and all.
So sad to see that line go down further for each season :(
Do you think the two major drops in season 2 and 3 are due to Fire + Water (season 2) And the Hiatus + Diffusion at 10 PM (season 3)?
I think that big dip in the graph is the Nikki and Paulo episode with the killer spiders :)
Now there's one thing I don't understand and never understood about the american ratins system... how can you judge an episode by the number of viewers it had at its premiere? I mean, that would assume the viewers knew what they're gonna see and then decided to either watch it or not. As far as I understand, one weeks ratings can actually only apply to LAST WEEK's episode, since, if you're impressed one week, you're gonna tune in the next one, too.
I'm surprised how many viewers left Lost and never came back despite those massively long string of awesome episodes.
Glad they're finally back.
P.S. 94% retention from a season premiere is amazing.
I think the writer's have already made up for Nikki and Paulo suckage, with the new 4 characters :)
Seems logical the live viewing would be up in an earlier time slot, at least in the east coast of he USA. Still waiting for the week plus numbers which should be a lot higher even...
I also understand that tons of people just aren't into reading a chapter a week on TV; therefore would never watch an in-depth serialized show such as LOST. Too bad for them. Once must be very dedicated to stay with it - as we all are for sure!
does anybody think the new chopper pilot looks like the guy who flashed as Jacob last season? I wish somebody could put those pics side by side...
Typical, second half of Season 3 was awesome but had the least amount of people watching.
